Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with high-quality print-on-demand products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Below is our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is based on Printify’s guidelines and tailored to our store’s operations.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and printed within 2-7 business days. Once your order has been printed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Destinations:
We primarily ship to the USA, but we also offer international shipping to select countries. Orders shipped outside the USA may take longer to arrive, depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Rates may vary for domestic and international orders.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders (USA): 3-7 business days (depending on location and shipping method chosen)
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days (varies by destination country)

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Since our products are made-to-order through Printify, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent to you.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong item (incorrect size, design, or product), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We will guide you through the process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:
As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or change of mind. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Be sure to review your design or customization carefully before submitting your order.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us directly. After this time, the order will already be processed by Printify, and we won’t be able to cancel or alter it.

International Returns and Shipping

For international orders, the same return and exchange guidelines apply. However, please be aware that return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to ensure the item reaches us safely.
